History at Kingston blog site: 2015 in review

Seasonal greetings from the History at Kingston blog site. The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2015 annual report for this blog, which gives you a good idea of the impact of the site during the course of 2015.

We thought we would share it with you. For example, about 4,000 people viewed the site during 2015, which makes us really proud of what we do here as historians at Kingston.

The History Department at Kingston University would just like to say a big thank you to all our users, readers and visitors, and very much hope you will stick with us in 2016. The past is alive and well and shaping our future, and we have lots more to share with you.

Happy New Year!

Here’s an excerpt:

A New York City subway train holds 1,200 people. This blog was viewed about 4,000 times in 2015. If it were a NYC subway train, it would take about 3 trips to carry that many people.
